Direction Of Use
Mix (12.5g ) with 400-500ml of cold water.
Serving size and mixing ratio can be adjusted to meet individual requirements and taste preference.
For ease of mixing use shaker. For best results take little sips of one serving between the workout and another immediately after workout.
