Direction Of Use
Mix 1 Scoop (35 grams) with 200-250 ml of milk or water.
Serving size and mixing ratio can be adjusted
to meet individual requirements and taste preference. For ease of mixing use either blender or shaker.
For best result take one serving in the morning and another immediately post workout.
Additional servings may be taken during the day to meet individual caloric requirements.
Alternatively use as recommended by your Nutritionist /Dietitian. 2 to 3 times a day.
