Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products with tampered seals
- Items purchased during special offers, clearance, or sale (unless damaged)
Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved and inspected, we will initiate a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving your bank details.
Replacement Policy
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement at no extra cost.
- Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

- Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping will be covered by us only in case of damaged or wrong products
- For all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable
Important Notes
- Products once sold cannot be returned for reasons like change of mind or taste preference
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection
- Please ensure correct shipping details while placing the order
