At Pro1 Supplements, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Products with tampered seals
• Items purchased during special offers, clearance, or sale (unless damaged)

Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved and inspected, we will initiate a refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving your bank details.

Replacement Policy

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement at no extra cost.
• Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

2. Share your order ID, issue details, and clear images of the product
3. Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours

Shipping Charges

• Return shipping will be covered by us only in case of damaged or wrong products
• For all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable

Important Notes

• Products once sold cannot be returned for reasons like change of mind or taste preference
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection
• Please ensure correct shipping details while placing the order
