At Pro1 Supplements, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used products
Products with tampered seals
Items purchased during special offers, clearance, or sale (unless damaged)

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will initiate a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving your bank details.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement at no extra cost.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours

Shipping Charges

Return shipping will be covered by us only in case of damaged or wrong products
For all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable

Important Notes

Products once sold cannot be returned for reasons like change of mind or taste preference
We reserve the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection
